The Hon Kristy McBain MP, Federal Member for Eden-Monaro (and Federal Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories and Federal Minister for Emergency Management), and on 11 August 2025, has forwarded to the NSW Parliament the matter as outlined below, and has done so due to the corrupt nature of events and the covering up of criminal conduct within the legal profession within NSW.
