The astonishing coincidences as Law Society position holders slide into various other roles
The criminal behaviour of Terence Goldberg has seen the most astonishing coincidences occurring in other parts of the legal profession. The Law Society of NSW dismissed all complaints against Terence Goldberg, with Michael Tidball being the CEO of the Law Society at that time. In 2017, an ally of Michael Tidball and then President of the Law Society, Pauline Wright, issued legal threats rather than deal with the criminal behaviours as brought to her attention.
Pauline Wright took the position of President of the Legal Council of Australia in 2020, with, quite coincidentally, Michael Tidball then taking up the role of CEO at that same organisation on 1 August 2020. Quite by coincidence, Juliana Warner, took up the role of Executive Member on 1 January 2020. Michael Tidball and Pauline Wright now held the identical roles as they did at the Law Society of NSW. All three played a major part in the covering up of Terence Goldberg’s criminality.
See below letter to Andrew Stewart of Baker & McKenzie of 12 January 2022 in relation to the exquisite set of coincidences as taking place at the Legal Council of Australia.
Michael Tidball, who was the CEO of the Law Society of NSW, and who, it appears, oversaw the covering up of Terence Goldberg matter.
Pauline Wright, also ex-President of the Law Society of NSW, who sought the services of Baker McKenzie to issue threats.
Juliana Warner, also ex-President of the Law Society of NSW, who too sought the services of Baker McKenzie to issue threats.

Dear Mr Stewart
Re: Law Society of NSW and Ms Juliana Warner
As you well know, on 2nd December 2021, you wrote to me making the improper demand that I remove the contents of ‘https://www.fumbart.com/lawsociety’ (the FB website, as you call it), with such website detailing the covering up of the fraudulent conduct of Terence Goldberg of Turner Freeman Lawyers by both the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner and the Law Society of NSW.
You are, of course, aware that such page of the FB website contains a letter to Mr Michael Tidball, CEO of the Law Council of Australia, of 18th August 2020, with, in fact, that letter being the first article on the aforementioned web page.
You would also be aware that Michael Tidball left his previous role of CEO of the Law Society of NSW to take up the role of CEO at the Law Council of Australia, and moreover, where he remains to this day.
You would also be aware that such letter raises the fact that both he and Pauline Wright, an ex-President of the Law Society of NSW, played an active role in the covering up of the criminal activities of Mr Goldberg and others. For reference, I attach a copy of that letter to Michael Tidball of 18th August 2020, as well as its attachment.
At the time of writing such letter to Mr Tidball (in August 2020), Pauline Wright, who had held the role of President of the Law Society of NSW in 2017, was then the incumbent President of the Law Council of Australia. As pointed out in my letter to Mr Tidball, both he and Ms Wright then held the identical roles at the Law Council of Australia as they had previously held together at the Law Society of NSW.
You are also aware that Pauline Wright, and during her presidency of the Law Society of NSW, sought the ‘services’ of Baker McKenzie in order to issue threats of legal action and indeed the commencement of Court proceedings against me due to my making public of the covering up of solicitor misconduct by the Law Society of NSW.
There is obviously no need to remind you, however, I state such for the sake of clarity, that Juliana Warner, too, during her role as President of the Law Society of NSW, sought the ‘services’ of Baker McKenzie to issue threats of legal action and the commencement of Court proceedings against me, once again for making public the Law Society’s covering up of serious solicitor misconduct.
I note from perusing the website of the Legal Council of Australia, where Michael Tidball was appointed the CEO of such on 1st August 2020, and where Pauline Wright was the President also in 2020, that Juliana Warner was appointed as an Executive Member of such in January of that same year.
You would have to agree that the above lays out a simply astonishing set of coincidences.
Given Baker McKenzie’s previous threats to me at the instruction of Pauline Wright, a copy of the attached letter to Mr Tidball of 18th August 2020 was sent by E-mail to Mr Paul Forbes, Partner at Baker McKenzie, the following day (at 4.41pm).
Such E-mail to Mr Forbes also included a copy of the Application for Assessment of Solicitor/Client Costs, which, as you are fully aware, Terence Goldberg created and used as a false instrument in order to obtain monies by fraudulent means, with the Court’s processes being abused in so doing.
Despite numerous persons being fully aware of the criminality at play, all parties have sought to intimidate rather than take proper and corrective action.
